A daffodil pendant in recycled sterling silver with yellow gold-plated petals, drawn from a Laura Ashley archive print first introduced in 2007. Adjustable chain, 40–45cm. Pairs with the matching earrings. The kind of piece that suits a birthday, Mother's Day, or no occasion at all.

Product Story

The Spring Tulip print entered the Laura Ashley archive in 2007. It hasn't left. There's something in the way it captures daffodils mid-bloom - not stylised, not simplified - that keeps it relevant in a way that more fashionable designs don't.

This necklace takes that print and works it into a pendant. Recycled sterling silver, yellow gold-plated petals, 20mm across. The gold catches differently depending on the light - warmer in the morning, quieter in the evening. An adjustable chain runs from 40 to 45cm, so it settles where it's meant to.

It pairs with the matching Heritage Daffodil earrings. Worn together or separately, both hold their own.

Why This Piece Works

  • Recycled sterling silver – The base is genuine recycled 925 sterling silver. Not plated brass, not silver-tone. That's what gives it the weight and the durability
  • Yellow gold-plated petals – The daffodil's petals are gold-plated against the silver stem - a two-tone detail that reflects the original archive print faithfully
  • Laura Ashley archive design – Drawn from the Spring Tulip print, first introduced in 2007 and held in the Laura Ashley archive. A design with provenance, not a seasonal trend piece
  • Adjustable chain, 40–45cm – Sits at the collarbone or just below. Enough range to work with different necklines without needing a separate chain
  • March birth flower – The daffodil is the birth flower for March. A considered gift for March birthdays, Mother's Day, or anniversaries
  • Matching earrings available – The Heritage Daffodil earrings use the same recycled sterling silver and yellow gold-plated detailing, sold separately

Complete the Look

This necklace was designed to be worn as part of a set. The Laura Ashley Heritage Daffodil Stud Earrings use the same recycled sterling silver and yellow gold-plated petals - worn together, they make a complete and considered look.

If you're drawn to the recycled sterling silver with a two-tone finish, the Laura Ashley Love Birds Necklace works in the same material family - a different archive print, rose gold rather than yellow gold.
